From September 10 to 15, the 31st international conference IMOG (International Meeting on Organic Geochemistry) was held in Montpellier, France. The conference was also focused on the topic and issues of the Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS).
As part of the CO2-SPICER project, Juraj Franců, Daniela Ocásková and Petr Jirman took part in the conference. Oral presentation titled "Seal Efficiency Evaluation in the Zar-3 Pilot CCS Using Biomarkers, Mudlogs and Isotopes in the Reservoir and Caprocks, SE Czechia" and poster "Soil Gas Monitoring Experience from above Underground Gas Storage and a Pilot CO2 Storage, Czechia" were presented.
The 31st IMOG conference was attended by over 500 delegates. Over 300 posters and 80 oral presentations were presented.
